The 703 Model is the epitome of what Califine Studio's services bring to a property owner. An off-plan residential unit fully transformed while thedevelopment was still under construction, making this unit a bespoke unit amongst over 100 others within the building. Structural elements wereadded, others changed, low voltage and technological additions, as well as completely upgraded kitchen equipment. Finishes were completelyaltered, travertine and marble elements replaced the original materials selected by the developer for the standard units.
